Courmayeur

“The Queen
in the shadow of the Giant”

The Queen of the White, Courmayeur, is really unforgettable. Completely ‘into the white’, it has a soul which is elegant and wild. Italian style meets the essence of alpine traditions at the foot of Mont Blanc. A famous destination for international tourism, Courmayeur is the oldest alpine resort in the Aosta Valley, a true paradise for lovers of skiing and snow sports.

Mont Blanc

The Mont Blanc chains forms a splendid backdrop to Courmayeur, and boasts the highest mountain peak in Europe, at an altitude of 4807m. The summit of Mont Blanc was first conquered in 1786, but it remains to this day one of the greatest challenges for climbers from all over the world.
