There will be almost 50 young physiotherapists arriving at the Aosta Valley collaborating under the guardianship of the Tor des Géants® and "the mountain physiotherapists". The young professionals, supervised by 15 expert physiotherapists,will take care of the runners with specific treatments during this edition of the Tor.
The physicians will be positioned at halfway( after 150 km ) at the life base of Donnas and for their treatments they will use Agrousport, a new herbal emulsion created by doctor Andrea Nicola. Sunday, the 8 th of september there will be a training how to manage and to risolve specific problems of endurance trail runners. The aim of the project is to promote physiotherapists , working in this specific environment and to enlarge that kind of service.
