IN.VA., an in-house company of the Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta, the Municipality of Aosta, and the Local Health Authority (USL) of Valle d’Aosta, operates in the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) sector, designing and implementing information systems, telecommunications, and services that support the digital transition for its shareholders.
The company serves its members by providing technological solutions and citizen services, aiming to replicate compatible and shared solutions.
Over time, it has gained in-depth knowledge of the needs and transformation processes of its public sector clients, as well as expertise in the organizational, design, implementation, and management aspects of public information systems and new citizen services, particularly in the social and healthcare sectors.
In recent years, it has strengthened its offering in the design and implementation of information systems; in the support and management of networks, equipment, and next-generation technological infrastructures; in the management of complex programs and in the provision of strategic consulting for process reengineering; as well as in the maintenance of IT systems and the delivery of innovative citizen services.
IN.VA. is organized according to the “in-house providing” model (share capital of €5,173,838.00) and carries out services of general interest.
