The journey of the 944 Giants of TOR330 – Tor des Géants® has started

For some of them it is a challenge with the chrono and the “rivals”, for others with themselves. For certain, for the 944 Giants who have left Courmayeur this morning a dream has begun. In two waves – one at 10 a.m., the other at noon – the thirteenth edition of TOR330 – Tor des Géants® has started, the world’s toughest endurance trail with 330 kilometres and 24.000 metres of elevation gain on the Alte Vie 1 and 2 of Aosta Valley through paths, passes, refuges, the four 4000-metre peaks, Gran Paradiso National Park and Mont Avic Regional Park, and all the emotions of the mountain life. A unique race with thousands of faces, like the ones of who, like Franco Collé and Silvia Ainhoa Trigueros Garrote, will try to prove once again to be the best, to those who will try to challenge the king and queen – from Andrea Macchi to Jonas Russi, from Lisa Borzani to Melissa Paganelli – to those who will try to “just” accomplish an unforgettable experience. The arrival of the first is expected in the early morning of Wednesday, while the 150-hour time limit will end on Saturday 17 at 6 p.m.
